Kent House Medic is a Property Maintenance Business based near to
Sittingbourne, Kent.
I provide a handyman and light building service, to landlords and property developers, throughout Kent and south Essex.

I provide quality workmanship with a personal touch on every job that I attend
- all of my work is guaranteed for 12 months for defects.
Subject to a fair wear & tear policy

I do everything from complete kitchen and bathroom design, installation and repair
to painting and decorating, gardening and complete house rewires.

All work is carried out to your own individual requirements with minimum disruption to your home. I try and do as much of the work myself, but bring in specialists where required.
To try and keep costs down.
Additional workmen, speeds up time, but drives up costs.

I attempt to be as clean and tidy as possible, and clean up at the end of each day.
Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee there will be no mess.

(Together with Pepperpot Couriers and Storage, we can offer a service to store your property off site during the duration of the work)

At the end of the work, I ask you to complete a customer satisfaction survey, so that I can make further improvements to my services.
